Open Flesh Wound are a 4-piece Slamming Brutal Death Metal outfit from York, Pennsylvania.
The band's new full-length, "Vile Putrefaction" is blasting, knuckle-dragging, thick, slimy slams, with
many parts of Death Metal sprinkled in the mix. Every instrument gets to shine here, in different ways on each track. The vocalist employs nearly every guttural technique, with the ease of an ironic, gurgley burp.

The songwriting is refreshing; knowing when to be simple, but at times flexing a more technical approach, one thing you won't be is bored!
